Accounting Professor Elaine Sanders Named Outstanding Educator

Elaine Sanders, associate professor of accounting in the UTSA College of Business, received the Outstanding Educator Award from the American Accounting Association Southwest Region. The award was presented this month in Houston by the Federation of Business Disciplines.

Twenty UTSA College of Business undergraduate and graduate students visited the corporate campuses of two of the world’s leading international oil and gas companies—Exxon Mobil (Exxon) and British Petroleum (BP) to learn about careers and internships in the oil and gas industry.
