Project Request and Review Process

To protect the integrity of our brand, before beginning an advertising, communications, design or digital project in the UTSA Alvarez College of Business, please submit your request below.

A member of the college communications and marketing team will be in touch for project review and approval. The college’s communications and marketing team is available to produce marketing and communications material for Alvarez College of Business faculty and staff.

Timelines for Common Requests

  • Advertising: Anticipate 4-6 weeks from the initial request to roll-out of the campaign
  • Brand approval: 1-2 business days, or more if revisions are required
  • Creative development: 4-6 weeks for large collaborative projects
  • Event promotion: Ideally 3-4 weeks before the event
  • Stories and testimonials: 3-4 weeks
  • Swag: 4-6 weeks
  • Website updates: 1-2 business days
