Stewart Miller, associate professor of management, has been named chair of the Department of Management.

Miller joined the UTSA faculty in 2007 and has previously held faculty appointments at The University of Texas at Austin and Michigan State University.
His teaching and research interests are in international strategy, internationalization and emerging markets.
“As chair, I would like to provide an environment where people can thrive and do their best research,” he said. “Our department has the faculty capable of conducting high-quality and impactful research.”
He will serve a three-year term.
