Goff joined Tesoro as president and chief executive officer in 2010. He is also chairman and chief executive officer of Tesoro Logistics LP. Prior to joining Tesoro, Goff worked for ConocoPhillips where he held a number of senior leadership positions. Goff has extensive international business experience across Europe, Asia and Latin America.
Active in several organizations, Goff is a member of the boards of directors of PolyOne Corporation, the American Fuel and Petrochemical Manufacturers, the National Advisory Board for the University of Utah’s David Eccles School of Business and the National Society for High School Scholars. He is also a member of the Business Council and the San Antonio Economic Development Forum. He holds a bachelor’s degree and MBA from the University of Utah.
The Frost Distinguished Lecture Series brings prominent business and community leaders to UTSA to share their knowledge and experiences with students and others in the university and business community. The lecture series, which began in 1988, presents a forum for business leaders and academics to share their experiences in business so that students can broaden their understanding of the business world and the individuals who lead it.
