What if business education could be about more than profit and loss, markets and strategy? What if it could also be about you – what you care about, your gifts, and the questions that matter most to you? What more might a business education also be? The College of Business Executive MBA program is a personal learning journey that seeks to integrate the traditional bottom line of profit and loss with the broader bottom line of meaning and purpose.

The EMBA is a 21-month journey to learn core MBA concepts within the context of a personal inquiry into transformational leadership. Marcel Proust said, “The real voyage of discovery consists not in seeking new landscapes but in having new eyes.” The EMBA program is anchored by Dr. Robert Lengel’s Awakening the Eye of a Leader seminar.

The EMBA program spans five consecutive semesters. The program admits senior and mid-level executives and professionals into a cohort that invites their experience and expertise into the classroom. The program meets on alternate Friday afternoons and all day Saturday.
