College of Business Dean Lynda de la Viña hosted a sunset reception for New York City area alumni on April 28 on the Upper West Side of Manhattan.
More than 20 alumni and friends gathered at The Empire Hotel Rooftop for a first-ever UTSA College of Business alumni reception in New York City.
Alumni in attendance included Christopher Pett , ’08; Joe Raetzer , MBA ’02; Dyanna Salcedo , ’09; Sergio Silva , ’09; David Sotello , ’03, MS ’05; and Jeninne Wright , ’93. NY-area Roadrunners hope this is the first of many UTSA events to come to their area and are eager to help current students make their way to the Big Apple to further develop their professional careers.
UTSA participants included Dr. Dan Hollas , senior associate dean; Dr. Pam Smith , associate professor of accounting; and Kim West , executive director of advancement.
