Frederick Chang Named AT&T Distinguished Chair

The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) announced today the appointment of Frederick R. Chang, as the inaugural AT&T Distinguished Chair in Infrastructure Assurance and Security in the UTSA College of Business.
