The Carlos Alvarez College of Business Mentoring Program connects you with experienced alumni and business professionals who are eager to share their knowledge and insights. By participating in this program, you will gain the confidence and understanding needed to make well-informed career decisions.

Program Eligibility

  • Be enrolled full time in the Carlos Alvarez College of Business
  • Be a sophomore and have two or more semesters of classes remaining at the start of the program
  • Attend a mandatory orientation
  • Meet with your mentor at least once a month in-person or virtually
  • Submit reflections in Canvas after each meeting
