Program Goals
Act
as a coach and advocate and provide career insights.
Offer
constructive feedback to prepare students for internships or entry into the workforce.
Provide
professional guidance and support by answering questions about career paths and industry information.
Program Overview
Commitment and Expectations
- Mentors are paired with one student
- Program duration is September to April
- New mentors are required to an orientation session at the start of the program. Returning mentors are also welcome to attend.
- Meet with your student once a month, either virtually or in person, based on your availability
- Receive regular check-in emails from program staff
