“Artificial intelligence is fundamentally reshaping business practices and redefining the skills expected of graduates entering the workforce across every business discipline,” said Jonathon Halbesleben, dean of the Alvarez College of Business. “These fellows will play a critical role in leading the college’s AI initiatives, helping integrate AI throughout the curriculum and ensuring our graduates develop both a strong foundational understanding of AI and discipline-specific expertise in how these technologies are transforming their fields.”

The Kudla Fellows will engage with business leaders to understand evolving AI practices and translate those into the undergraduate curriculum, with a focus on workforce relevance. Funding for the fellowships was provided by an endowment created by alumni Nancy, MBA ’87 and Frank Kudla, ’85, founders of dNovus RDI and principals of FNK Ventures.

“We are grateful for the support provided by the Kudlas to accelerate faculty development in this area,” said Halbesleben. “Their support and patronage of the college will have a lasting impact in the lives of our business students.”
