Bio
Dr. Peng Zhao joined the Department of Management at the Carlos Alvarez College of Business as an assistant professor in 2021. He received his doctoral degree in management from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
Dr. Zhao’s research focuses on three areas: (1) fairness and/or validity of using individual differences (e.g., personality and cognitive ability) as predictors of job performance; (2) dynamic nature of job attitudes as well as its implications for employee behaviors (e.g., turnover); (3) teams and teamwork processes. His teaching interests include organizational behavior, human resource management and research methods.
Dr. Zhao has published his research in Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Journal of Vocational Behavior, and Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, among others.
