Bio
Professor Morales serves as an Assistant Professor of Practice in the Department of Management at the University of Texas at San Antonio. He holds a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies and an MBA in Management from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas. He also holds a M.Ed in Mathematics from Texas State University and a B.A. in mathematics from Texas A&M International University. As a former K-12 teacher, Professor Morales holds two teaching certifications in mathematics grades 4-8 and 8-12.
In his previous role, Dr. Morales served as an Instructional Assistant Professor of Management at Texas A&M International University for the A.R. Sanchez School of Business in the division of International Business and Technology Studies. As both a mathematics and business faculty member, he taught various courses including Business Math, Introductory Statistics, College Algebra, Pre-Calculus, Fundamentals of Mathematics, Leadership Theory and Practice, Organizational Behavior, Principles of Management, Business Communications, Business Government & Society, and Graduate Level Leadership and Decision Making, Business Research Methods, Human Resource Development and Entrepreneurship.
