Spielmann’s career has been spent at some of the most notable CPG companies like Procter & Gamble, Heinz, Del Monte Foods, Mars, and Central Garden & Pet. He’s led teams in various roles, countries, and industries, including pet food, seafood, detergents, chocolate, and produce among others. Spielmann is an Industrial Engineer and has a master’s degree in engineering sciences. He was born and raised in Chile and moved to the United States in 2000. Spielmann currently resides in San Antonio, Texas. He and his wife have three children and a Puerto Rican adopted dog named Manjar.
