Ann Deacon, '84, founder and CEO of Deacon Recruiting Inc. and Lux Concierge LP, will present the Spring 2025 Frost Distinguished Lecture.
After a brief stint in public accounting, Ann Bohl Deacon entered the staffing industry in 1988, following in her father's footsteps to start her own business. The Deacon companies are among only eight in the U.S. recognized as NAPS Accredited Firms. An active alumna, she serves on multiple UTSA boards including the Dean's Advisory Council, where she is the past chair.
Since 1988 the Frost Distinguished Lecture Series has brought prominent business and community leaders to UTSA to share their knowledge and experience with students and others in the university and business community.
