After establishing a solid foundation in project management by taking the introductory course, Essentials of Project and Program Management, you can tailor the rest of the program to your needs and goals by selecting three additional courses from a list that provides opportunities to explore project management in technology-based projects and to prepare for certification.
Certificates have a streamlined application process and courses may also be used to satisfy degree requirements.

The application process for the UTSA Project Management Certificate is streamlined and does not require standardized test scores.

The form will be signed by the Certificate Program Advisor and the Dean of the College or Director of the Center in which the certificate program is housed. A copy of this form will be sent to the Graduate School.
