Why pursue a graduate certificate in Operations and Supply Chain Management?
The global supply chain is vast and integrates networks of tiered suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, retail outlets or service providers. According to cscmp.org, Supply Chain Management includes the planning and management of all activities involved in sourcing and procurement, conversion (operations) and all logistics management activities. It also includes coordination and collaboration with channel partners (e.g. suppliers, intermediaries, third party service providers, and customers), which requires supply and demand management within and across companies.
Our curriculum supports students acquiring competency in the conceptual, systematic and analytical tools required for both manufacturing and service-oriented industries.
