COB Students Participate in Brazilian Immersion Experience


This summer six undergraduate students and two faculty members participated in a business immersion course that included a 10-day field experience in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. College Graduates First Doctoral Class


UTSA’s College of Business graduated its first class of doctoral students during commencement exercises May 11. Four doctoral students completed their degrees this spring. They were Paramita Bandyopadhyay, Brian Daugherty, James Hackard and Wayne Tervo. Three Faculty Receive President’s Distinguished Achievement Award


Three College of Business faculty members were honored at the university’s Faculty Honors Convocation in May. Yiuman Tse, professor of finance, received the President’s Distinguished Achievement Award for Teaching Excellence.
