A team of UTSA MBA students were chosen to participate in “mock executive interviews” for Kinetic Concepts, Inc. The students were interviewed by teams of human resource professionals, who were perfecting behavior-based interviewing techniques.
Student benefits included gaining practical experience in a “live” but risk free business environment, and preparing them for the job search process. This partnership between KCI and UTSA will continue throughout the year.
The students were Julie Franklin, Adam Pieknik, Adrianna Rohlmeier, and Erin Schofield.
