What is an exchange program?
An exchange program is an exciting opportunity to take classes in another country for a semester. The College of Business International Business Programs (COBi) office offers a variety of student semester exchange programs all over the world. A semester abroad is a life-changing opportunity that expands a student’s international experiences while developing a global mindset.

Fall Semester: August-December
COBi has agreements with participating universities allowing students to study abroad for a semester while paying regular tuition to UTSA.

EBS is a highly-rated private business school in Germany that holds the prestigious international EQUIS accreditation. It is located in the heart of the Rhine-Main region, a major economic and cultural center of Europe. EBS students have easy access to Frankfurt, home of the European Central Bank. EM Strasbourg opened its doors in 1919, and since 2000 it has been constantly ranked in the top 15 business programs in France. The business school hosts almost 3,000 students, which includes over 500 international students from 200 different colleges around the world. Angers is set in the heart of the region Pays de la Loire and offers the highest quality of life to its residents compared to other large French cities. The city of Angers is known as the historical seat of the Plantagenet dynasty and the dukes of Anjou. Angers is an area recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. As a UTSA student you have a unique opportunity to explore this wonderful city for a semester while attending one of France’s best universities, ESSCA. HKPU has one of the largest business schools in the Asia-Pacific region. Through the exchange, you will meet students from around the world, broaden your global outlook, travel in Asia and develop your independence. Founded in 1882, Waseda University is known for being one of the most academically selective and prestigious universities in Japan. It is located in the nation’s capital, Tokyo, which is the world’s most populous metropolis. Japan is well-advanced in many science, medical and technology fields. Tecnológico de Monterrey was founded in 1943, and it has branches in many areas across Mexico. The university has many different faculties, and it focuses on innovation and entrepreneurship. One of the main goals of Tecnológico de Monterrey is to find solutions that would help overcome local challenges.
