Doctoral Candidate (ABD)
Lulu Huang has teaching and research interests in strategic management. Specifically, her research interest focuses on family firm internationalization. Her interest in family business began as a child, where she witnessed first-hand the internal dynamics of a family business that was founded by her grandparents in Taiwan.
Huang’s interest in family business research also extends beyond the macro-level. She aims to bridge micro-and macro-level through her interest in topics such as work-family balance, gender inclusion, and turnover in the family business context.
