Decision-making is arguably the most important job of the firm’s leaders, yet there are so many ways it can go wrong. In this workshop, you will discuss the ways in which decision-making can go astray and opportunities for improving decision-making.

Strategy implementation refers to carrying out the activities within the firm which are required to execute a strategy. In this workshop, you will discuss how the organization’s structure, culture and vision affect its ability to execute strategy.
Asynchronous Online Only or Hybrid Delivery | $499 – $1,200
This course introduces valuable project management concepts and techniques to prepare you for future opportunities in project work. Students can choose to take this course fully asynchronous (online only) or through hybrid delivery which is a combination of self-paced online modules and in-person instruction. Regardless of modality, you will learn how to contribute to successful project delivery and examine practical concepts and best practices through exercises designed to be relevant to a project delivery environment. Sessions are led by Aaron DeWispelare, Ph.D., P.E., PMP, ACP, a top facilitator with extensive experience in both the public and private sectors.

This workshop will prepare you for both the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification examination, and the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification examination. If you are applying to take the CAPM certification exam, this course satisfies the CAPM prerequisite of 23 hours of project management education. Sessions are led by Aaron DeWispelare, Ph.D., P.E., PMP, ACP.
