Program Overview
Are you interested in harnessing the power of diversity within your organization? Fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive (DE&I) culture and environment is vital to organizational success. Research consistently finds higher performance, greater creativity and higher cohesion among employees in diverse teams or organizations. Evidence also supports that DE&I organizations are better able to respond to global demands and protect their competitive advantage by proactively anticipating change. However, leaders and organizations continue to struggle with incorporating best practices and shifting workplace culture to be more inclusive. Fear of missteps can also work against efforts to create workplaces that are truly diverse, equitable and inclusive.

Our DE&I track is built around nine core courses in leadership, strategy, and professional development. In addition to the core courses, three customized courses in DE&I, led by Dorinda Rolle, Ph.D., a distinguished facilitator and instructor in this field, will prepare participants to champion and embed DE&I strategies, concepts, and approaches into fundamental work practices.
