Executive Education Certificate Programs
Leadership training can help you develop and enhance the core skills that are fundamental to your personal career success. Our 12-month long Leadership Institute Certificate, delivers hands-on training and practical tools designed to enhance your organizational effectiveness. Built around nine core foundation workshops, you have the option to select from one of four customized learning tracks to support your personal and professional growth.
What is the Leadership Institute?
Through participation in the Leadership Institute, aspiring and established leaders in the San Antonio community can expect a balance of theory and applied-focus classes, a personal executive coaching experience with an individual assessment and two one-on-one sessions, and tools designed to specifically address leadership issues.
Our unique approach will help participants strengthen leadership and communication skills, gain a deeper understanding of their own personal strengths and weaknesses, and learn how to develop organizationally aligned strategies to enhance their own personal leadership development.
Program at a Glance
- Duration: 12 months, one 3.5-hour course every month from 4-7:30 p.m.

Online Registration and Payment
Certificate registration is completed through the UTSA marketplace and you will be asked to select your executive coaching package during the registration process. Payment is due upon registration and we accept American Express, Discover, Visa, MasterCard and Electronic Check (ACH). Please review our refund and cancellation policy for further information.
