Employers who are hiring for multiple internships or job openings have a great opportunity by volunteering to serve as a mentor/coach in the Career Action Program (CAP).
CAP, held in both the fall and spring semesters, is the CSPD’s signature professional development program. Attended each semester by more than 250 business students across all business majors, this not only prepares today’s students to be tomorrow’s business leaders, but also allows employers student-facing time build their building brand recognition and recruit, while they’re coaching our best and brightest!
