College Launches Joint Center for Innovation and Technology Entrepreneurship
Do you know of a recent UTSA College of Business Alumnus that deserves to be recognized for his/her accomplishments, whose outstanding achievements have contributed back to UTSA and/or their community as a whole? If you know of an individual who has graduated from the UTSA College of Business since 2000 who has gained unique distinction through his/her accomplishments, please nominate the alum for the UTSA College of Business Young Alumnus of the Year.
The inaugural Young Alumnus of the Year award will be given out at the college’s Signature Speaker Series event on February 21, 2007 in San Antonio. Nominations are due no later than Friday, January 19. Self-nominations are also accepted.
This award helps to spotlight the accomplishments of UTSA College of Business alumni and demonstrate to the greater San Antonio community the impact of our college.
To be considered for the UTSA College of Business Young Alumnus of the Year award an individual must meet the following criteria:
• Must have graduated from the UTSA College of Business since 2000.
• Must be a person of integrity, ability and demonstrated success that the faculty, students and alumni of UTSA will take pride in, and be inspired by his or her recognition.
• Must have demonstrated continuing interest in and support of the UTSA College of Business and/or must have contributed time, talent or resources to benefit the college or UTSA as a whole during their time as a student or alumnus.
• Must be available to attend the February 21, 2007 Signature Speaker Series dinner event in San Antonio , where the awardee will be recognized.
