Business Students Encouraged to Apply for Prestigious Archer Fellowship
College of Business students are invited to attend an information session at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 9 in the Willow Room of the University Center (2.02.12) to learn more about the prestigious Archer Center Fellowship Program.
The Bill Archer Fellowship Program was established by the UT System in conjunction with Former U.S. Rep. Bill Archer as a way to bring highly motivated and accomplished students to Washington, D.C. to participate in internships. Internships are available with such places as the United Nations, the U.S. Department of State, the White House, federal agencies and non-profit organizations.
Students who participate in the Bill Archer Fellowship Program can expect to have an exhausting, rewarding experience that will allow them to learn about how our federal government interacts within and outside itself. Students will make and maintain professional contacts that could lead to continued internship opportunities and even jobs following graduation.
