![]() Expand your career potential by participating in an internship opportunity in the College of Business. Students with internship experience are almost twice as likely to obtain interviews and post-graduation job offers, compared to non-participants. Internships allow students to build job-related skills under professional supervision and provide students with a realistic career preview of their major. Many internships provide monetary support and may qualify for three or more hours of academic credit. College of Business students have participated in internships with Boeing, Clear Channel Communications, F.B.I., Ford Motor Company, the Hanke Group, SBC, USAA, the U.S. Census Bureau, Valero and Walt Disney. Opportunities are available locally, regionally and nationally. Specialized programs such as the Archer Fellowship and the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities internship program provide internships in Washington, D.C. with government and non-profit agencies.
