The College of Business Proposal Process
Faculty who are considering working on a sponsored project whether internal or external to UTSA must obtain approval from their department chair and notify the Office of the Associate Dean of Research in the college. This includes work as a principal investigator (PI), co-PI, or consultant.
Co-PI's working with other colleges should notify their PI that the proposal must also route via CAYUSE through the COB.

Submissions to the National Science Foundation are through Fastlane. The proposal must still route electronically through CAYUSE.
