The College of Business is a leader in business education, instructing more students than any other university in the South Texas Region. Our academic community is as multidimensional and comprehensive as the business world today. We offer more than 37 different degree programs at the bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degree level.

Our undergraduate program serves more than 6,000 students a year and prepares them to excel in the real world and one day assume leadership positions in the global marketplace. We offer a portfolio of programs at the graduate level that range from accounting to information systems to management of technology.

The college ranks second in the nation in the number of undergraduate business degrees awarded to Hispanics. More than 50 percent of all UTSA students come from groups underrepresented in higher education.

The College of Business is accredited by AACSB International, the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. This accreditation addresses curriculum issues, credentials of professors, student to teacher ratio issues and educational resources.
