Business NewsRetail Executives Discuss Careers Opportunities Feb. 1—January 26, 2006 If you love to shop, you're invited to meet and dialogue with panelists from the retailing industry during the "Careers in Retailing Panel" Wednesday, Feb. 1 at 1 p.m. in the University Room (2.06.04) of the Business Building. Panelists will represent different facets of the industry including merchandising and operations, buying, and shopping center development and marketing. Participating executives include Mollie Calvert, marketing director for The Shops at La Cantera; Carmen Ayala, college relations director at JC Penney Company; and April Salonen, market manager for the Home Depot Division of DeWalt Power Tools, a unit of Black and Decker Corporation.
