Immersion Study Programs
Undergraduate and graduate students can experience international business culture in various countries by participating in the COB International Immersion Study Program. Immersion study programs are faculty-led, 10-12 day intensive study visits during the summer sessions to international locations.
UTSA students get the opportunity to visit businesses, meet executives, learn from local faculty, develop an applied international project and earn course credit. Funding is available for selected students.
International study courses provide a unique opportunity for students to study business challenges abroad. Each course is designed to address the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary for business success in an international context.
Participants are selected following a competitive application in the fall semester. Faculty committees will select students for interviews at the end of October. If you are selected for an interview, the COBi office will contact you via email. Final selection of students for each immersion will be completed before students are released for winter break.
