UTSA's College of Business offers a portfolio of graduate programs in a variety of disciplines that are on the leading edge of business education including our nationally-ranked MBA program as well as specialized graduate programs.
Two new master's programs will be offered beginning next year. Beginning Summer 2016, the Master of Science in Business is designed for non-business majors. The full-time, one-year program will provide a broad base of business education to students seeking to learn business principles that can be applied to their undergraduate studies and beyond.
Beginning Fall 2016, the college will offer a Master of Science in Data Analytics program, pending approval by the Southern Association of College and Schools Commission on Colleges. Transforming Big Data into intelligent results, the program will produce highly-skilled and educated data analysts who can convert the growing amount of data confronting all organizations into usable information for decision makers. The one-year lockstep program has a strong educational focus on data science algorithms and communication skills and offers a strong practical, experiential emphasis on the tools, techniques and technology used in the industry.
