
Natasha Burns is an assistant professor of finance at The University of Texas at San Antonio. She earned her Ph.D. in Finance from The Ohio State University, an MBA from Michigan State University and a computer engineering degree from The Ohio State University.
Prior to joining UTSA she was an assistant professor at The University of Georgia. Natasha’s primary areas of research include corporate governance and international finance. She is interested in executive compensation, mergers & acquisitions and law & finance. She has published in the Journal of Financial Economics and Journal of Banking and Finance.
