Degree Programs

Undergraduate
The UTSA College of Business offers a bachelor's in business administration degree in management with a concentration in Small Business and Entrepreneurship. Students in this major take specialized courses in entrepreneurship, business plan development, small business management, managing teams, resolving conflict and complete a practicum in this field.

Graduate
The College of Business offers the Management of Technology (MOT) Program at the master’s level, with a Master of Science in MOT. Students enrolled in the Masters of Business Administration (MBA) program can select a concentration in MOT. The CITE coordinates class projects in MOT with faculty, technology transfer offices and companies that are pursuing new technologies and innovations. These case studies provide a real world context for applying sound fundamentals in a client-relationship environment. Graduates come away better prepared to contribute to the success of local companies in San Antonio and Austin. Three locals companies involved in this program have been awarded over $3.65 million from the state’s Emerging Technology Fund, including Bio2 Medical, Pronucleotein Biotechnologies and Enthuze.
