Greg LindsayThe UTSA College of Business Embrey Real Estate Finance and Development Program will host their annual luncheon on Wednesday, Oct. 12 beginning at 11:30 a.m.

Greg Lindsay, senior fellow at the New Cities Foundation, will speak on "City-as-a-Service: How the Mediated Metropolis Will Disrupt Real Estate." He will discuss how the city-as-a-service concept is changing how we live and work and the investment opportunities this creates.

Lindsay leads the Connected Mobility Initiative and is a non-resident senior fellow of The Atlantic Council's Strategic Foresight Initiative. He writes, speaks and consults on the future of work and cities. He has written for The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Harvard Business Review and Fast Company. He has advised Intel, Ericsson, Samsung, Audi and Chrysler among other organizations.
