Students Travel Around the Globe in Summer Immersion Programs

Seventy UTSA College of Business students will be traveling internationally this summer in seven international immersion programs funded by the College of Business. This year’s immersion program featured new excursions to Abu Dhabi/Dubai, Argentina, Australia and Malaysia.

Three Business Faculty Members Selected for the Inaugural Class of the University's Academy of Distinguished Teaching Scholars

In recognition of the preeminent role of instructional faculty in advancing knowledge, three College of Business faculty members have been selected for the inaugural class of the university's Academy of Distinguished Teaching Scholars. College of Business academy members are Tom Cannon, senior lecturer in marketing; Ermine Orta, lecturer in management science and statistics; and Rick Utecht, associate professor of marketing.

Research from Kristina Durante, assistant professor of marketing, finds that hormones associated with ovulation influence women's perceptions of men as potential fathers.
