College of Business Named One of the Top MBA Programs for Minorities by the Princeton Review for the 7th Consecutive Year

The UTSA College of Business was ranked the No. 3 MBA program in the nation providing the "Greatest Opportunity for Minority Students" according to the 2012 edition of the Princeton Review's The Best 294 Business Schools.

Real Estate Professorship Established in Honor
of Quincy Lee

Steven and Bruce Lee donated $250,000 to the UTSA College of Business to establish the Quincy Lee Professorship in Real Estate Finance and Development. The professorship was established in memory of their father, Quincy Lee. Dr. Thomas Thomson, professor of finance at UTSA, has been named the inaugural recipient of the Quincy Lee Professorship.

Amber Rudolph Named Outstanding Accounting
Alumnus of the Year

Amber Rudolph, '95, was named Outstanding Accounting Alumnus of the Year at the 30th annual Department of Accounting Scholarship and Awards Celebration last month. Rudolph is director of internal audit at Pioneer Drilling Company. An active supporter of UTSA, she is also a member of the UTSA College of Business Accounting Advisory Board.

Entrepreneurship Program Expanding
Frost Distinguished Lecture Series Nov. 7 to Feature Alumnus Nancy Kudla

Nancy Kudla, MBA '87, president of the Kudla Foundation, will present the keynote address during the UTSA College of Business Frost Distinguished Lecture on Monday, Nov. 7. The lecture begins at 11 a.m. in the Richard S. Liu Auditorium (2.01.02) in the Business Building on the UTSA Main Campus. The event is free and open to the public.
